Lets share some cruelty free SPF options. i abs love SPF and its one of my favourite steps in my everyday skincare routine. I have built up quite the SPF collection.
I have found it can be slightly hit or miss with some products leaving the dreaded white cast, stinging the eyes or just feeling sticky on the skin, so its been a bit of trial and error to find an SPF that works for me and my skin. Everyone is different so what works for me might nit be for you and visa versa.

Personally I’m not a huge fan of the sun/heat, so I do try to keep myself inside and cool as much as I can. I have to admit I am a bit of a Hermit! My worst nightmare is walking around in the heat, I overheat really quick and have ended up with heatstroke in the past, so I’m always a little wary of how long i am exposed to the sun. I’ve only recently started to enjoy sunbathing, as we now have a private garden, which has been amazing and I even had a little tan a fee weeks ago, which unheard of, as I can generally give a ghost a run for it money! Due to spending some time outside I have been playing around with lots of new face and body SPF options.

Using spf
With the UV ratings being so high over the next few days it is so important to protect your skin from the harmful rays. Avoid going outside in the hottest time of the day which is midday to around 3pm, and keep in the shade as much as you can.
Always remember reapply your spf every hours, applying two to three finger lengths to the face, ears and neck, you can use a separate spf for your body, if you have any skin on display and apply in the same way.

Here are some great cruelty free spf options to consider for everyday use, spf should be the last step in your everyday skincare routine.
