SPF is your BFF, and it’s so true in the summer – and in fact, all year round. You need to be wearing your SPF; you just need to be protecting yourself all year, even if you’re inside. The sun’s rays can still penetrate through the windows, so every morning after your skincare routine, the last step needs to be applying your SPF.
I have tested what is probably a new favourite of mine that I’m going to be wearing all this year. It’s the Sunray Glow Daily Protection Sunscreen SPF 50+ with Vitamin C from Revolution Skin , which is a part of Makeup Revolution – I believe it’s just their skincare line – which is super affordable by the way. This is a brand-new launch, and I tested it right away because it just sounds like a complete bit of me.

It’s SPF 50, so it’s giving me really high spectrum protection. It’s super lightweight, it doesn’t leave any white cast, and it gives the most gorgeous dewy glow – not greasy or oily. It just looks beautiful on the skin. I feel like this is like a filter for your skin – it has these light-reflecting pigments, and it’s not glitter; it’s a glowy, luminous, fresh summer skin finish, which is exactly what you want from an SPF.

This works really great under makeup as a primer, or just by itself if you want that blurred, glowy look. It’s vegan and cruelty-free, and it’s super affordable – it’s only £9.60.
You get 50ml of product, and it primes, protects, and moisturises your skin. It has Vitamin C, which is going to brighten your skin and even out your skin texture. It gives skin an instant brightening look that’s going to last all day.
And always remember to apply two fingers’ full of SPF to cover your face, your neck, and always remember your ears as well. That is a place where a lot of people forget to put their SPF and end up getting burnt ears – which is never fun! (Trust me – been there!!) So please remember to your ears, and let me know if you try this SPF because it is absolutely incredible.
I do have the blurring version of this SPS as well, so if you would like me to write a review on that one too, do please let me know.
