It’s that time of year again – well in the UK it seems to be autumn again in summer where it should be lovely and hot – we are still getting thunderstorms and a lot of rain but that isn’t stopping me from switching up my make up my skincare and most importantly, my fragrances.
I absolutely love to swap and change my fragrances throughout the seasons for example autumn I wear something really nice and warm and cosy and spicy and in the spring and summer I like to lighten up a little but adding some florals for something really light, airy easy to wear not too heavy.
I have a few favourite fragrances that I want to share with you today. I’ve included mostly small, independent brands, as it’s also great to support these smaller brands. So let’s have a look at some beauty summer fragrances.

obvious un bois
I am in love with this fragrance, it is from called UN BOIS from the brand Obvious Parfums. This is a small independent brand both sustainable, vegan and planet conscious – their packaging is just so aesthetically pleasing – it’s so clean and chic and I love the little cork cap that’s on on the bottle.
I find this fragrance really easy to wear, it is really light and has a fresh, woody, leafy scent. Smells like you would think the colour green would smell like. It feels like you’re walking on freshly cut grass. Divine!
- TOP NOTES: Italian bergamot, Asian black pepper essence
- HEART NOTES: Ambroxan (Sage Isolate), Virginia cedar wood essence
- BASE NOTES: Indian papyrus wood, Malaysian gurjum balm essence, Haitian vetiver essence

bananna republic tuberose overdose
Oh this scent is stunning! It is so warm and cosy but also light at the same time. It’s probably one of the heaviest fragrances on this list but I love to wear on summer nights. it perfect for like a BBQ chill night out in the garden.
The vanilla and tuberose notes are just my safe space and it just feels so comforting and I love that in a fragrance. It’s to evoke feelings. It’s just so lush. I just love the look of the bottle of these they look so classy really heavy weight glass bottle looks really classy on a vanity. Just pure beautiful Tuberose and any true Tuberose lovers NEED to grab this.
- TOP NOTES: Black Currant, Ginger, Crunchy Green Apple
- HEART NOTES: Tuberose, Jasmine Sambac, Frangipani,Tiare, Beach Peony

dialect sweet bouquet
One for my dupe lovers out there. Dialect fragrances are inspired by luxury fragrances and are super affordable, cruelty free and vegan. They have so many scent options available and prices start at £19.99.
The fragrances are super long lasting they are beautiful – really high quality – not just your average product that is trying to be a ‘knock off’. These are stunning and I really love the attention to details on the packaging, especially the wooden effect bottle top, super cute!
Everything about this brand is amazing. They are made with clean ingredients are vegan, cruelty free and carbon neutral. There’s everything to love about this brand and this fragrance sweet bouquet is absolutely gorgeous. It is Inspired by: Lancôme’s La Vie Est Belle and it’s kind of a spicy sweet floral scent that’s just so unique. I love it. It’s become an every day summer fragrance for me.
- TOP NOTES: Blackcurrant, Orange Blossom, Pear
- BASE NOTES: Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Patchouli
- HEART NOTES: Jasmine, Iris, Praline

brûmée aromatic spices + jasmine
Brûmée parfum make incredibly natural, clean perfumes that are alcohol free so they don’t irritate skin. They are perfect for sensitive skin. It’s really easy to wear daily. It’s light and airy and not overpowering , it’s just really beautiful.
All of brumee fragrances are expertly made in Provence, France with the best clean ingredientsx a lot of people react badly to the ingredients. What I love about these fragrances is that they adjust to your natural pH levels to make a fragrance unique to you – so no one else is going to smell the same with this fragrance. I feel really confident and feminine while I’m wearing this fragrance I absolutely love it.
