True Skincare | Avocado and Evening Primrose Oil for Dry Skin

Alright (in the voice of Safiya Nygaard ~ obsessed with her at the moment) hope you are all well and enjoying the cooler weather. i can smell autumn coming and i am here for it! but is my skin? hmmmmmm im going to say no. My skin has been so dry recently, and I think alot of that has to do with my medication, but it’s something I am not used to. I have had to switch up my whole skincare regime due to this.

True Skincare came into my life at just the right time. i chose the dry skin oil as I needed some moisture in my life and my skin was crying out for some hydration. i have been using this oil for around 3 months now and I am almost through my bottle (which is hard to do with oils) so shows how much i have been loving this product.

about the oil

This oil is the perfect solution for dry skin, the avocado oil soothes and replenishes skin whilst the evening primrose relieves and calms any irritation that can be caused by dry skin – so it really is a great combination of ingredients. The oil sinks right into skin and quickly. It is good to use either in the morning or as an overnight oil, i Luke to use it both for that little extra bit of moisture. To use simple add 2-3 drops to your skin and massage in, i also like to use a jade roller to get deep into the skin.

True skincare has 3 choices of oil for one for Oily, one for Dehydrated lastly the one i chose for dry skin. The oil is packaged in a 30ml glass bottle (which i love) and the best thing is the price – £13.50 for this oil – which is incredible, which if you think about the ingredients you are getting its an absolute steal!

final thoughts

I will definitely be repurchasing this oil again, as I know i will be needing some more over the winter months. I just want to add that these oils actually won the beauty shortlist awards 2019 – so you know you are getting a banger of a product.
