Hi Loves
I’ve been trying to use more local/UK based products recently and I have been collaborating with a few local companies, which is amazing as it’s always nice to support small & local business, plus I love discovering new and luxurious brands. The Rose Tree is no exception.
The Rose Tree is a British skincare company, ran by Olga (who is lovely by the way!) she sources all ingredients organically, the products contain 0% contaminants, no pesticides and no nasties! Products are made to perfection in the UK and make such a difference to the skin, all the products contain flower oils and essence, which are perfect to relax and unwind the mind, and amazingly a lot of the products are multi use, which is great for career gals (and guys!) or mums, as I know for one I don’t have time to do a 7-step skincare routine in the morning.
“I would love to show you The Rose Tree difference.
My promise to you is that our skincare is stunningly effective, using the best and most powerful natural and therapeutic ingredients. British luxury at its best, specifically designed for modern women want to look and feel amazing in today’s frantic-paced lifestyle”
I was sent a couple of products to test and review, and they do not disappoint. I will also be running a giveaway which is sponsored by The Rose Tree, I will be running this on my Twitter, Facebook & Instagram.

Intensive Balm with Marshmallow & Frangipani*
I absolutely love this product, when I was asked to pick a couple of products, the Intensive Balm with Marshmallow & Frangipani was at the top of my list, just the thought of Marshmallow & Frangipani together made me smile. This smells incredible!!! You can tell by the scent that it is completely natural, the smell of the floral oils hit you straight away, I couldn’t wait to use this!
You get 30ml of product in a pretty glass tub (which is reusable and recyclable) and although this may seem a small amount, trust me, you will only need the smallest amount, as a little does go a long way with this product.
The consistency of the balm is similar to that of coconut oil, where it is solid, but when warmed in your hands it will melt into a luxurious oil. The balm does not feel oily on the skin, it absorbs very quickly into the skin. I like to take a small amount with my finger nail and rub into my hands to melt, then rub over my face and neck. I personally prefer to use this overnight as an intensive mask. You will wake up with the softest, smoothest skin. My uneven skintone has improved so much since using this balm, and my pores are visibly smaller.

I highly recommend picking up this relaxing, soothing balm, it is a wonder balm and is so luxurious to use. This now a staple in my skincare routine. The balm has won many awards, and I can definitely see why!

Apricot & Palmarosa Body Oil*
I love a good body oily after a bath or shower, and the Apricot & Palmarosa Body Oil has become a firm favourite of mine recently. I am usually weary of using oils on my body, as I have had bad experience in the past where they haven’t absorbed into the skin, left oil on my clothes, but this oil is fantastic.
I have used this both before work, which I have never done with a body oil before and in the evening, after a relaxing bubble bath. It absorbs very quickly into the skin, leaving you with soft, subtle skin and a beautiful light Apricot and Palmarosa scent, which does stay on the skin a while, which is nice. As don’t you hate it when a product smells amazing, then the scent disappears when you apply it.
You get 100g of product in a plastic pump bottle (which is reusable and recyclable). This amount is going to last me months, as honestly, I use only 4 pumps to cover my whole body, it really does go a long way.

After using the oil for a couple of weeks, my skin now feels less stressed, more hydrated and a lot softer, it’s not oily on the skin and smells amazing, what more could you want. I highly recommend this oil, it’s a bit of luxury and who doesn’t love that. I feel like I’m in a spa when I use this!
