Cleaning makeup brushes has to be one of the most boring and irritating things and I am sure most of you agree, especially if you own a lot of brushes like I do. I used to use a baby shampoo to clean all my brushes, and as I tend to use around 30 brushes at a time (on and off, not all for one day) and it can take a while, washing, rinsing out, getting rid of dirty water and repeat, 30 times! I used to try and skip brush cleaning due to this….
I was recently sent the Technic Solid Brush Cleaner* to try and I can safely say that this has changed my brush cleaning game, this little tub of goodness is magic, I cleaned all my brushes in under 10 minutes, I couldn’t believe how quickly I managed to clean them all.
The Basics
The solid soap deeply cleanses and removes all makeup residue, germs and nasties from makeup brushes. The brush cleaner comes packaged in a white plastic pot containing 120g of product, which has a cool cucumber scent.
How to use the Technic Brush Cleaner
When I cleaned my brushes today, I used under running water whilst swirling my brushes at the same time, when I had finished cleaning all the brushes I realised I had nearly used most of the product, so maybe don’t do this, just wet the soap, swirl your brush around the soap and then rinse under the tap to clear the brush of any residue soap. I then leave the brushes out on a towel to air dry, as well as the soap.
