Glow Recipe is a brand I had been wanting to try forever, they are one of those super aesthetically pleasing brands you see all over Instagram and I definitely fell in love with their packaging, I mean… it is stunning right?
I was kindly sent over some products from Cult Beauty to try, so let’s crack on with the reviews.
Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask
I had been wanting to try the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask for absolutely ages and let me tell you, it does not disappoint.
If you are a lover of anything watermelon scented, like myself, then you will definitely love this ~ it literally smells like rubbing fresh watermelon on your face and I’m not mad about it.
The consistency is something I had to get used to, it’s like a jelly, thick consistency, not the usual night mask I am used to, although it does feel extremely hydrating and cooling on the skin, and non sticky which is perfect before bed.
It’s not heavy and doesn’t feel like it’s sitting in your pores. I did use my Youth to the People Hydrating mist after the mask as my skin felt a little dry, nothing major though, my skin just drinks everything up at the moment.
When I wake up after using this mask my skin is extremely soft, smooth and hydrated, due to the hydrating Hyaluronic Acid, it’s like my skin has had a nice watermelon bath overnight and I love it!
I love how glowy and bouncy my skin feels the morning after using the mask.

Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream
Oh man, when I first tried the Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream I fell instantly in love, the texture, the smell…. oh the smell, it is honestly like applying bananas to your face and its glorious.
I love how the moisturiser just melts into the skin, it is really cooling, due to the bouncy gel Soufflé texture and leaves skin feeling, hydrated and baby skin smooth.
After serum, I like to smooth a penny-sized amount onto clean skin morning and night then gently pat into skin until fully absorbed.
A quick tip, if you pop the cream into the fridge 10 minutes before applying it will feel extra cooling and really help with any inflammation on the skin.

Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Mask
Along with the rest of Glow Recipe products this Avocado sleeping mask has the most aesthetically pleasing packaging, everything is just so smooth and good to look at.
I have been really enjoying using this mask, it really helps add some much needed moisture to my dry skin overnight.
I have been suffering with extra dry skin lately and this mask has been really helping to soothe and add some hydration back.
The mask has a gorgeous blend of ingredients including various acids including Hyaluronic Acid and Stearic Acid. The mask also has a swirl of Manuka honey to improve the appearance of skin and protect from the elements.

Pineapple-C Bright Serum
This packaging though, I cant handle it!
When I first saw the PR photos for this product, I was blown away, I just love this brands dedication to providing gorgeous looking products in sustainable packaging. The serum is a power house of ingredients including 22% Pineapple Juice, which is great source of Vitamin C.
The perfect blend of Ascorbic acid, and stable 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic acid help to combat acne scars, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation leaving skin glossy, even and smooth.
Suitable for all skintypes this serum is a must have for any skincare addict, not only will it look great on your vanity, but will do wonders for your skin.
One think i have been really enjoying doing, is adding a few drops of this serum to the Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream to add a touch of extra glow.

Final thoughts
Overall, I am loving all the Glow Recipe products sent to me, especially the Watermelon and Avocado overnight masks, as that was something i was definitely missing in my current skincare routine, the products not only look beautiful, but really live up to the hype, which is rare these days.
I cant wait to continue using these goodies and look forward to trying some more products from the brand, I really like the look of the Watermelon Glow Ultra-Fine Mist and Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturiser.

The avocado melt sleeping mask sounds so great! I love that it is so rich in different ingredients, especially the HA. I haven’t tried the brand yet but I really want to – the products all seem good overall, and the packagings are definitely super cute!

Every time I see these products on someone’s blog, I’m instantly drawn to them. They’re aesthetically-pleasing, and they sound wonderful! However, I’m bummed because they use a lot of ingredients I’m allergic to, and two of the products I can’t use because of what they boast (avocado and pineapple – sad allergies to have). I do want to try out the watermelon mask at some point, though. It seems fantastic!

I love the packaging and have been thinking about getting the Watermelon mask but was a bit put off by the description on one of the websites where it said the mixture might separate – your review sounds like it’s something I should try anyway!
Oh I haven’t had any separating issue so far, I just love how fresh it feels on the skin and the smell it’s so good!!
