Ahhhh the joys of Amazon Prime, I received this little Wet n Wild beauty today. Firstly I would like to say that it is definitely not a bronzer, as stated, it is the lightest shade in the Color Icon collection, I would say this is more of a subtle highlighter or illuminating powder.
Wet n Wild isn't widely available in the UK and Amazon is the only place I've managed to find some products for a reasonable price (unless you want to pay for customs and extortionate shipping fees) This powder costs me £7.20 and was delivered next day, so a pretty good deal.
You get 13g of product and the pan is huge, so I don't think I'll be running out of this anytime soon. It comes packaged in a standard plastic casing, with sun-rays embossing on the powder, looks pretty!
The powder is oil free and also has the added benefit of SPF 15 – so this is a great powder for oily skin, and also protects your skin as you wear it. I have never seen a powder contain SPF before, so this is definitely a plus!
The pigmentation of this is great, I didn't know what to expect to be honest, as I've never used any Wet n Wild products before, but I was pleasantly surprised 😊 the powder is very soft and buttery and feels beautiful on the skin. You can use as a subtle highlight or an all over illuminating powder. It is said to be a dupe for the Hourglass Ambient Light powder, I haven't tried that so I cant confirm, but from the swatches I have seen, it looks very similar!
