Ok ok, so this is going to be a bit of a controversial post, as I know some of you aren’t going to believe in this or believe that it works, but trust me, it really does. So my secret you ask? Is shaving!…. yes that’s right. Shaving…

Have you ever had Foundation, concealer or powder get stuck in peach fuzz around your upper lip or jawline? I know I did, especially around my jawline and I felt really conscious that people could notice this, so I started researching on ways to remove this and shaving came up as one of the top results. So I thought why not, give it a try.
I’m not talking about using your partners shaver and shaving foam, but using small eyebrow razors (the brand I use is called Tinkle, he Tinkle!) This is actually a very similar procedure to the popular skin exfoliating process called Dermaplanning but this is a much cheaper way of doing it at home. I know what you are thinking? What about Stubble? Well no, this doesn’t happen. Against popular belief hair DOES NOT grow back thicker, and I can personally vouch for this.
Basically just use the little razors on clean, dry skin in a downward motion until you remove all the peach fuzz. I would advise to use a good hydrating moisturiser after using the razors, as skin will feel a little dry, as you will have removed dead skin cells as well as the peach fuzziness.

I have been using this method for months now and my foundation and make up applies so so much better, it looks super smooth and seamless. I’d really recommend trying this out if you feel you need to.

Have you tried this method? How did you get on? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Please leave a comment below or over on my Facebook or Twitter
