I have become obsessed with oil cleansing recently. I didn’t even realise it was a thing until I was very kindly sent this Beauty Balm from Lyons Leaf to try, basically it’s a super easy way to cleanse and remove any and all makeup…. yes including waterproof mascara!

How to use
I use the Beauty Balm everyday after work to remove all traces of makeup. It’s so simple to use, just grab a piece of the solid balm into your hands, rub your hands together so it melts, then just got forth and rub all over your face.
I like to massage the balm in my skin for a good 2-3 minutes in circular motions to make sure I have removed all traces of makeup and have given my skin a good ole cleanse.
To remove the balm I use a warm, wet flannel or muslin, then in rest it over for face for a few seconds to further melt the balm and just wipe it all away, like it’s never happened!
Verdict
This is honestly the best method I have found for removing makeup. The balm is so darn easy to use and leaves my skin feeling soft and looking great! I highly recommend checking Lyons Leaf out, they are a Vegan, Natural and cruelty free brand and offer an amazing array of products.
The balm is £12.95 for a 60ml jar and for reference I have been using this for around 4 months and I have barely use a quarter of the jar! I just want to mention that If you have oily skin, like myself this balm might be a great addition to your skincare routine as it rebalances oily skin.
