Korean skincare and the “glass skin” look has been trending on social media for quite some time. For obvious reasons… I mean, who doesn’t want glassy, glowing, bouncy, youthful-looking skin? I hopped on that trend, of course – as I love a glowy skin look and anything that makes my skin look dewy, plump, and radiant.

I wanted to share with you guys in a little post some of my recent favourite K-beauty skincare products that I have loved and would 100% recommend to you. Of course, they are all cruelty-free and help leave your skin looking glowing, dewy, fresh, and glass-like. Exfoliating products can be a bit of a tricky step for me because I do have quite sensitive skin, but I’ve found a really gentle daily exfoliation option from Anua.

I love the formula of this – you make a foam with the powder and apply it to your face. It has a really fine, soft, slightly sticky texture and buffs away the day in a gentle way. It leaves skin feeling really fresh – never stripped or with that awful “squeaky clean” feeling 💦 It just feels really soft and bouncy afterwards.

This powder is really great for sensitive skin as it’s a really lightweight exfoliant and it can also be used daily as it’s gentle enough for daily use.

Personally, I especially love using these during the hot weather when my skin is a little bit more oily – they really help with reducing excess oil and helping to keep pores feeling clear and balanced. Yepoda has an absolutely incredible range of products which are super affordable, and they have a really easy-to-follow skincare system. Every one of their products is labelled with a number so you know what step you’re doing in your skincare routine, and I absolutely love their Calm Balm Cleansing Balm 🌿 It is really calming on the skin and has a fresh olive-tree scent to it. It’s really soothing, removes all makeup and grime from your skin, and leaves it feeling really fresh, glowing, and super clean.

If you’re looking for a double cleanse moment, The Double Bubble Cleansing Foam 🫧 is also incredible. I love the texture of this – it’s really fluffy and light, like a cloud – and it’s a great first step to cleanse your skin if you are into a double cleansing moment. You can then go in and use the Calm Balm afterwards so your skin is double-cleaned and refreshed.

I’ve been using this SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tea-Trica Relief Ampoule most recently as a calming and protective evening product 🌱This ampoule has a gorgeous lightweight, watery texture that helps to soothe and support the skin’s barrier. I use this overnight because it really sinks into the skin and leaves my skin glowing and fresh in the morning. I think it’s been really helping with my breakouts as it’s not scented, so it’s fantastic for sensitive skin. Highly recommend this one.
