So, as I am writing this (15th September) it is my 32nd birthday 🎉 wooooo, exciting times, although I did unfortunately have to work. I am off to the cinema with my fiancée to watch IT, which I am crazy excited about, as I loved the original, and I am a horror movie buff!

I was very kindly sent the Imagine Skincare Flawless Foundation in Porcelain and No. 101 Flawless Foundation Brush from Image Skincare a few weeks ago by Babushka Communications and I have been giving them both good test out. I can safely say this has to be one of the BEST foundations I have used in a long while, it actually adapts to my skintone perfectly and keeps oils at bay throughout the day, it also contains spf 30, which is amazing, usually I find foundations with spf can feel a little greasy on the skin, but this is so soft and non greasy. I did have to Powder as I always do, but if your skin doesn’t get too oily I think it would be fine without a setting powder.

The staying power of this foundation is fantastic. I work a busy job, running up and down stairs all day, so foundations staying put is always an issue for me, but this one stayed for a good 8-9 hours without breaking down, which in my books, is amazing! I really rate this foundation and 10000% recommend it to anyone. It is a little on the pricey side, but for a good foundation that you know you can trust and get on with, i think its worth paying a little extra. The foundation comes packaged in a plastic bottle (which is a new design) with a pump and contains 1floz and retails at £50.
I was also sent the No.101 Flawless foundation brush and this is advertised as the perfect companion for this foundation, it has super dense synthetic bristles which blends the foundation perfectly into your skin, which leaves it looking airbrushed and healthy. It has a sturdy handle and is finished in a black & purple ombre design, which looks very sleek. I really recommend using this brush with the flawless foundation. it retails at £38.
