Hi Loves 🦄✨
Ok, so I am so excited to review this Dermacol make up cover for you guys. I feel I have tested it enough now to give a good review on how it worked for me. I brought this after seeing it hyped by beauty bloggers all over YouTube and to be honest I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
Firstly, I would like to say that this is not actually marketed as a foundation, but as a cover up for use in studios, high lighting environments etc. But as it is quite lightweight and the coverage is insane people have started using it as a foundation.

Description from the Dermacol website;
Legendary high covering make-up
- BENEFITS:
Waterproof
Hypoallergenic
For all skin types
SPF 30
Preservative free- COVERAGE: Full (extreme)
The clinically tested, extreme covering Make up Cover was created as the first of its kind in Europe and one of the first in the world. The license for this foundation was eventually sold to Hollywood. It contains 50% pigments, which makes it a weapon against skin imperfections. DERMACOL MAKE-UP COVER provides PERFECT COVERAGE even in thin layers and is the perfect corrector for dark under-eye, unpleasant spots and skin blemishes. It completely covers acne, loss of pigmentation, post surgical bruising, tattoos etc. It may be used on the entire face or body for color correction, darkening or lightening the skin tones, and ensuring ideal balance. It is widely used as a professional make-up for photo or film shoots, modeling and for festive occasions.
I have used Dermacol to cover half of my tattoo on my wrist, to show the coverage. I was so impressed! – not that I would every want to cover my tattoos, but just to show that it can be used for that purpose.

I would suggest buying your Dermacol from eBay, I brought my Dermacol from this eBay seller in the shade 208, which is the lightest shade, there is a 207, but this is more yellow toned and wouldn't suit my skin. They do have a wide shade range for all skin tones/colours, which is great! 🙌🏻
The texture of the foundation is almost mosey feeling, very soft and easy to work with. I honesty used the tiniest squeeze to cover my whole face, I used a damp beauty blender, which worked really well, the finish it leaves on the skin is beautiful, it's a not matte or dewy, it's somewhere in between, like a satin matte almost. It made my skin feel so soft and didn't feel heavy at all.
Also, another great thing, I did not even need to use a concealer with this foundation, as it covered EVERYTHING on my face, dark circles, pigment, blemishes, it covered it all.
As I do have fairly oily skin, I did use the RCMA No Colour Powder to set my under my eyes and on my t-zone, and it stayed matte for over 6 hours, which in my option is pretty darn amazing! It didn't crease in any areas on my face or sit in the corners of my nose, which is a problem with alot of the foundations I use.

Do I think it's worthy the hype! YES! I think the hype is well deserved, this is a truly amazing product! I recommend that you buy it now, whilst it is still being sold fairly cheap. Finally please be careful of buying fakes, as there are alot listed in eBay, which are fake, the foundation should cost around £8-£10 not £2.99 👈🏻 at this price it will most definitely be fake.
Thank you for reading 😊🌷🌻😁
