Why I Love Autumn

Autumn is definitely my favourite season, the colours, the smells and the comfy, cozy nights in. I Just love it. I wanted to share some of the reasons I love Autumn! 🎃🍂

The Leaves 🍁

Awwww Autumn leaves. The colours the leaves turn in autumn is just beautiful, all those oranges, browns and reds make me feel so happy, warm and cosy. Nothing beats the feeling of walking over crunchy leaves on your way to work. Makes me realise how beautiful nature is and how lucky we are!

Pumpkin Spiced Lattes 🎃☕️

OMG I live for Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, they are literally my life throughout the Autumn months. You can’t beat a good frothy, spicy latte when it’s freezing outside, you can always count on these to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside! I just wish coffee shops sold them all year round!

Cosy Jumpers

I love a good oversized cosy jumper, I live in these over the Autumn and Winter. I wear them round the house, outside, everywhere. A nice thick woollen jumper is just my idea of heaven, curled up on the sofa with a coffee and big fluffy socks on….. ahh perfection!!! Love getting all my jumpers out from storage, I love the cold weather and I feel most comfortable in a big jumper.

Candles

I have an obsession with candles, especially Autumnal/winter scented ones. I have them scattered all over the flat and love nothing more than curling up on the sofa, lights down and candles on! It’s the epitome of a winter evening for me! What’s your favourite candles? I’m loving these Wickford ones at the moment! The Gingerbread one is amazing!

Halloween

Ermmmm who doesn’t love Halloween, the one night all the demons and ghouls can freely roam the earth. I love it! I really wish we celebrated it more on the level of the USA, would be awesome to see whole houses decorated. I’m Not too sure what our plans are for Halloween, unfortunately it’s a work day this year, but I know I will defiantly be wearing some kind of Halloween themed hair bow or grips to work! 😜
