~ POST CONTAINS GIFTED ITEMS ~
There seems to be a bit of theme with the recent posts on my blog. I think its safe to say that I have been having just a few issues with my sleep by the influx of products I have been testing lately.
I was very kindly sent the State of Sleep Pillow Spray from the Drowsy Sleep Co. to test and i am always up for trying natural sleeping/relaxing aids, plus I love using a pillow spray before bed as it creates a lovely ambience in the room which in turn relaxes your mind, body and soul.

With the fragrant mix of bergamot, lavender, ylang ylang , cederwood and vetiver it’s no surprise you are going to feel relaxed.
I am a sucker for anything lavender scented and this is just gorgeous, literally want to spritz it all over me! (but don’t as its not for use on the skin)
To use, you simply spritz 2-5 sprays on your pillow, lay down, relax and enjoy the aroma. for extra relaxation use long, meditative breaths. So good! ALEXA CANCEL MY DAY, I NEED ALL THE SLEEP!
I absolutely love that the spray is bottled in glass, this means it can be reused once you have finished.I love this – great for the environment.
The formula is also 100% natural, contains ethically sourced ingredients and is cruelty Free – get in!

Did it work for me?
I’ve definitely noticed that I am feeling more relaxed before bed, since using the spray. Love the scent, it really helps me unwind. I still take forever to actually fall sleep, but that’s a completely different issue 〰️ currently writing this review at 2:26am 〰️ My fiancé has also commented on how lush this spray is and he isn’t one to usually notice these things – he doesn’t have any issues falling asleep, he only has to look at a pillow and drift off….. not that I am jealous or anything…
I would highly recommend trying the Drowy Sleep Co pillow spray if you are looking for something to relax you before bed, this is perfect to use after a bubble bath, and it really does help to cleanse the mind.
