Oh yes guys you did read that title correctly! Bali body has 2 new tanning oils, Grape and Peach – and of course I jumped at the chance of trying this new tanning oil out. I chose to try the Peach tanning oil, as i am a massive fan of anything peach scented! I have to say I absolutely love how cute the packaging is, I love the peach coloured quirky shaped bottle, its really unique and very Instagrammable.

if you have never heard of Bali body before, they are an influencer fave and provide natural tanning products, they provide every kind of tanning solution you can think of, from face sprays to body moisturisers, even a BB Cream – which is amazing by the way! Bali body are proudly a 100% vegan brand lovingly made in Melbourne, Australia.
The peach tanning oil provides SPF6 protections whilst also delivering a dark, natural looking tan whilst also smelling delicious! As it is an oil it is super hydrating, no dragging and applies like a an absolute dream – even for a tanning newbie like myself! I love that it has skincare ingredients such a vitamin e, coconut oil and peach oils, these all work together to leave skin soft, smooth and nourished.
Luckily for me this oil came at the perfect time in the UK, as we were having a little bit of a heat wave at the time, so it was the perfect time to test the oil – i also live by the sea, so i spent some time relaxing and soaking up the sun.
For reference I am very fair skinned so i wasn’t sure how the oil would work for me, but i can assure you even after once day in the sun my skin was a lovely golden colour.
would i recommend?
Tanning oils in my experience are definitely the way to go if you are worried about applying fake tan – like me! I am terrible at it! As they are so easy to use, you can use a mitt or go without – just make sure to use a wipe to clean your hands after.
I have really enjoyed using this oil and all other bali body products in my tanning routine – and i would highly recommend checking them out, as they have so many amazing products on offer, they offer worldwide shipping and FREE express delivery on orders over £70 – they tanning oil is £18.95 for 100ml, which is a little on the pricer side, but a little does go a long way & think of that peach scent!
please do remember to apply some sunscreen whenever going out in the sun and even before using oil. This tanning oil only has SPF6 – so you definitely need some extra protection. What i did was just apply a SPF30 – let that sink in and then apply the oil – it didn’t leave my skin feeling heavy or greasy this way.
if you go into the sun unprotected it can definitely increase the likelihood of getting sun spots, wrinkles and even cancer, so please guys slap on the SPF!
