~ POST CONTAINS GIFTED PRODUCTS ~
The fashion industry is huge and there is so much room for improvement In regards to the ethical process of clothing and jewellery production ~ there is so much waste produced and a lot of exploration involved. I very rarely, if at all buy new clothes or accessories, I favour charity shops and supporting small independent ethical stores.
On the blog today I’ll be sharing some absolutely beautiful fair trade, ethical items from Ethical Roots ~ an online ethical clothing, jewellery and home accessory store. They sell funky, handmade, ethically sourced and fair trade products made by artisans from all over the globe. I was very kindly gifted these items for this review.

what I received
The first item I received are a pair of moon & star earrings, I absolutely love these, they are 100% my style, digging the abalone shell effect! You can see these in action in my latest YouTube video! These are so comfortable to wear, they aren’t heavy so don’t weigh your ear lobes down ~ they are £10 for the pair.

Another jewellery item i chose was a gorgeous ceramic clay sun/moon necklace on a cotton adjustable string! I love this style of necklace as you can wear as long or as short ~ even a chocker if you wish. It gives me some serious 90’s vibes, which I love, as that is my era. The necklace is only £4.50 – its an absolute steal.

Onto the clothing/accessories ~ first a super adorable handmade pink embroidered bag at just 20cmx20cm this is the perfect size for just your phone, purse and lip balm. I’ve been trying to take less out with me recently so this is ideal, would also be perfect for festivals. I love the detailing and the pom poms are a winner for me! The bag is only £9.
Last and by no means least is the star of the show (imo) a stunning yellow & red thai weave dungaree dress, I love the colour tones of this, it it perfect for autumn plus it has pockets…. we all love some pocket action. I needed to squeeze into this as it is a little too small of my thighs (nothing new there!) this comes in a variety of colours to suit & is one size fits all. I think this is going to look banging with some tights, dr martens and an oversized cardigan this winter! Can’t wait to rock it!! Also with the jewellery and bag it is going to be a look! The dungaree dress is £32

Have you tried any ethical clothing/accessories before? Im trying my best to live my sustainable life so any suggestions for products would be amazing! Hope you liked this little review of Ethical Roots and please check them out on social media before and make a cheeky order!
