Glossier Birthday Cake Balmdotcom
I brought this purely because it looks so pretty and I am always seeing it on my Instagram feed. I didn’t realise I would love it so much, it’s become an everyday staple for me. I pop it on before work and it adds a really subtle hint of shimmer and leaves my lips feeling soft and moisturised. Really want to try the other flavours now, this one literally smells like cake, makes me hungry thinking of it! 🍰

Lush Elated Blush
I’ve just rediscovered this one, it was hidden deep within my makeup drawers, so nice decided to give it some more love, it’s a stunning mauve pink shade that will suit all skintones. It’s crazy pigmented so you only need an tiny bit to add a flush of colour!
The blush is £15.95 from the Lush site and is Vegan and Cruelty Free, this will last a lifetime, as it’s a huge tub!
Makeup Geek Eyeshadows
Ok ok, so if you follow me on Instagram you will see that recently I am become a Makeup Geek freak! Literally obsessed, their single eyeshadows are to die for, especially the foiled ones….. so pigmented! I’ve been able to create palettes of the most wearable colours for me, which is perfect as cuts down on the amount of palettes I need to use for one look!
The satin and matte shades are £4.95 and the foiled shades are £7.95, which is a great prices compared to some other brands, you can now buy makeup geek from Beauty Bay.

Fenty Killawatt Highlighter Due
I’ve been obsessed with Fenty Beauty since the launch and for good reason, the products are amazing! I am a super fan of the primer but the highlighters are also the bomb! Lightning dust gives me life and is the PERFECT shade for my fair skin! It gives such a pretty glow and can be built up to creat a blinding look!
You can pick up these duo highlighters from Harvey Nicols (I feel so post typing that, as I’ve never brought anything from there before Fenty existed!) they are priced at £26 each, which is great considering you are getting two shades and the pans are pretty large too!
Makeup Geek x Kathleen Lights Highlighter
Yes another Makeup Geek product! I’ve received this last week, after trying their eyeshadows and loving them I decided to try some highlighters as I have read amazing things about them online. I decided to pick this Collaboration with Kathleen Lights as it was on sale on the and $21 for 3 highlighters is pretty darn good! (I did have to pay customs though, so bare that in mind if you order from the US site)
I have to say these highlighters have the nicest formula I have ever used, they are so soft and buttery, they glide onto the skin and leave an almost wet looking sheen, they blend into the skin and don’t sit on top looking all glittery and chunky. None of that here. The middle shade in the palette is so pretty, a lovely pink/gold shade, great for fait skintones, the other 2 shades are a little on the deeper side but think I can still get away with them.

Perfection in my opinion. I can’t wait to try more of these highlighters!
