So yes, as per the title, am I a CBD Stan now? I’m going to go with YES, its become a new staple in my life recently, and I put a lot of the good changes in my life down to the CBD additions. More sleep, less anxiety, less worry, less stress, all the good things!
If you read my blog, you will already know I have been trying out some CBD products recently, lots of different bits and bobs. But one I have been testing for a little longer was CBD Drops and Capsules, as I am aware that these can take a while to start producing positive results. how to use cbd drops
I have been using the drops as directed morning and evening 2-5 drops under the tongue. At first the taste was a little unusual, almost tasted like freshly cut grass, but after a few days I got used to this, and appreciated the natural taste.
The CBD took around a week for me to start feeling more relaxed and even sleeping better, so I think that’s quite a quick turnaround, and for something so natural, its amazing how good they can make you feel.

how to use cbd capsules
You basically you take one capsule once – twice a day every 6 hours – as you will be getting the most from them this way, as the CBD will be slow released through the day. Also don’t be scared by the size of the capsules, they are coated so are easily swallowed. I struggle with tablets and I took these just fine.
