What I Received For Christmas

Happy Christmas lovelies. I hope you are having the most amazing day. Today has been lush, we woke up at 8am, had a lovely fresh coffee and opened our presents, we then had an amazing roast lunch/dinner, it was the first time I have actually cooked a roast (a vegetarian one), and it went really well, no accidents no arguments in the kitchen, which is always a good thing.

Today I wanted to do a little post on to share the gifts i received this Christmas, and give thanks to everyone that has kindly brought them for me. A special thanks to my fiancee for going all out and getting me the most amazing presents this year, he has outdone himself and I am so overwhelmed! I never expect or want for anything, so it’s always so nice to receive such beautiful presents from family. This year I was particularly spoilt and I feel so grateful.

Spectrum Siren Brush Set & Brush Cleaner

How stunning is this brush set, like seriously, you can’t get better brushes than Spectrum, I own 5 sets now and wouldn’t use any others, they are the softest, prettiest brushes you can buy. They are also cruelty free and vegan.

My fiancee also got me a Unicorn brush cleaner, so I have no excuse to skip out on the cleaning now.

DHC Cleansing Oil

I am addicted to this oil, its the best makeup remover I have every tried, it removes the toughest of mascara and leaves your skin super smooth and soft. So when I ran out of my 70ml trial size, my fiancee took note and I received the full size for Christmas. YAY!

Lush Karma Giftset

Adore this scent. I have the Karma perfume, and its such a unique, interesting scent, nothing like I have every used before. I do find it a little strong for everyday use, so I like to use it on special occasions. Im excited to try the bubble bar, body conditioner and soap, as I haven’t use these before.

I’ve been lusting after this palette ever since it was released. I have a super soft spot for anything by Urban Decay, I find their eyeshadows are the softest, most buttery shadows you can get, they are always so pigmented, and it blows me away whenever I swatch them for the first time and this palette is no exception, it is ram packed with stunning shimmer shades, in a uniquely styled case, which pulls out sideways to reveal a set of neutral shimmers on one side and some ore daring shades on the other, finished with a huge mirror in the middle. Can’t wait to play with this palette.

♥ This was a limited edition palette, and it is sold out on Urban Decay and Debenhams, I dont’ know if it will be restocked. Sorry guys ♥

Well isn’t this just adorable. I love a good mug, in fact I was gifted three this year… yes I drink alot of coffee. Obviously shows haha. This almost looks to good to use, I love the little stirrer you get with the mug, its so cute, and very me.

Glam Style Hair products (these were gifted to me from their PR team)

I received these in the mail gift wrapped, so I decided to save them until Christmas day, as I couldn’t bare to open them, they looked so cute in their bronze wrapping. I received the Hot Air Styler and the Conical Wand, I can’t wait tot try these out, as I have been wanting to work on my hair a little more in the new year. I have so much of it, seems to shame to just bung it up in a pony tail or bun everyday! A full review will be coming soon of these bad boys. Thank you to the PR team at Glam Glow for sending me these.

I haven’t actually received this one yet, but I am so excited I just wanted to include it. My fiancee brought me this bag to go with my new Olympus PEN EPL-7 as I don’t have a bag that fits. Its so fancy (way more fancy than me) but i’ll rock it the best I can.

This isn’t a whole list of every thing I received, as the post would be far too long, but this is a selection of my favourite gifts. I hope you enjoyed reading. What did Santa bring yo this year?

Please leave me a festive comment below or over on my Facebook or Twitter, I am pretty active on both. I love to read your comments.
